2.A	Praxapostolus cum catenis; Andreae Caesariensis Comm. in Apocalypsin	023-99, 102-429	11		Parchemin	- The reference to "Maria" is to be understood as a dedication and not as the name of the scribe. - Lambros (1895, p. 19) argues that it refers to Maria of Amnia (795-823), the first wife of Constantine VI. The incorrect dating of the manuscript to the ninth cent. (Gregory, Lambros, and Aland) is based on this incorrect judgement linking the text with Maria of Amnia. - Papadopoulos-Kerameus (1905, p. 269f.) and Schmid (1956, p. 82) are right in arguing that the text refers to Maria of Alania (1053-1118), the wife of Michael VII Doukas. This agrees with the palaeographical analysis and dating of the manuscript to the 11th cent.
