Résumé :
Abstract: The article deals briefly with the history of the manuscript collection of the Russian Archaeological Institute in Constantinople (1895-1914) and more thoroughly with the peculiarities of its manuscript No. 112, containing a great amount of Latin marginal and interlinear glosses. An undertaken palaeographical research alows to precise the date of the glosses and put them in connection with the studies of one of the earliest hellenistic scholar of the Quattrocento, Pistoian humanist Zomino ser Bonifatio di Jacopo (1357-1418), who acted in Florence as a scribe and teacher.
