Résumé :
In the folia 275r–276r of the MS. Vaticanus gr. 279 we find a so far unedited text, which shows some similarities with other late antique and Byzantine medical writings on the four humors. However, this new text reveals particular features, like, for example, manifest parallels with the pseudo-Galenic Introductio sive medicus, that emphasize its isagogical (i.e., introductive) function. In this article, I offer the first critical edition, with Italian translation and notes of commentary, of this new text from the Byzantine period.
