Résumé :

Abstract: This article presents corrections to and conjectures on the text of Euripides’ Electra contained in the margins of a copy of the editio princeps preserved in the Bibliothèque nationale de France and in Barb. lat. 78 (sixteenth century). The annotations in these two sources, which date back to the teaching or to the circle of Auratus, largely coincide in content; they also include exegetical notes, and in the Barberini manuscript are accompanied by an anonymous translation of Electra which coincides with the revisions to the text. Some conjectures coincide with those that Barnes later attributes to J.J. Scaliger, and a large number anticipate the textual contributions of later scholars.
