Résumé :
The present article offers the critical text, German translation and
commentary of three forged privileges of the Grand Komnenoi of Trebizond: (1) a
chrysobullos logos of an emperor Manuel Megas Komnenos on behalf of the monastery
of St. John the Forerunner tu Bazelonos which is attested since the 17th century
and may be based on authentic documentary material which has not been preserved;
(2) a chrysobullos logos of Alexios III. Megas Komnenos on behalf of the monastery of
St. John the Forerunner tu Bazelonos which is based on authentic private deeds of the
monastery preserved in its chartulary; (3) a chrysobullos logos of an emperor Alexios
Megas Komnenos on behalf of the monastery of St. George tu Chutura, a late forgery
based on No. 2.
