Résumé :
This article presents a codicological and paleographical description
of an unknown ancient parchment fragment containing a Praxapostolos currently
conserved in Enna. It is written in «maiuscola ogivale inclinata». After reviewing
other witnesses transcribed with the same writing style, such as Vat. gr. 2059 and
Angel. gr. 106 (the third unit), a dating to the tenth century is proposed on the basis
of paleographic comparisons, and a likely provenance from a monastic center in the
area adjacent to the Strait of Messina. From the careful reconstruction of the circumstances
of the discovery, the city of Nicosia in Sicily can be identified as the first
known site of conservation of this fragment.
